Events of the last 24 hours in numbers
The police caught 148 people and took another 325 to various police stations in Hungary yesterday.
90 perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and another 32 were taken into custody on the basis of warrants for arrest issued by Hungarian courts. 83 people were taken to police stations as suspects. 80 people were taken to police stations for drunk driving. Procedures were initiated against 3 people on reasonable suspicion of forgery.
Security arrangements were made in 131 cases.
There were 48 traffic accidents from which 1 was fatal, 14 resulted in serious injuries and 33 in minor ones.
