Did you know donating your blood you could help 3 patiens at the same time? From your blood is made plasma, red blood cells and platelets. ?
Moreover! Donating your blood motivates your bodysystem to “refresh” your blood.?
It takes only 10-15 minutes for you but it can be a whole lifetime for somebody.

What do you need?
?Your ID card or passport, health insurance card with your insurance number, adress certifying card. ?
?Be min. 50 kg and be healthy.?️♀️
?Before donating drink a lot of water and eat breakfast or lunch. ?
After the donating drink a lot of water and don’t do any physical activity.??

Important: non-EU citizen students can also donate blood in Hungary if they have health insurance.
